CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

Our couriers are now operating contactless deliveries, your bouquet will not need signing for and will be left safely on the doorstep or in a specified safe place for your recipient. Couriers are using gloves and face masks for safe delivery.

TIMINGS OF THE DELIVERY

For same day deliveries, orders must be placed before 12pm otherwise they will be delivered the next day. You may pick a date for delivery at checkout. Please note that delivery times are between the hours of 9am and 9pm.

INCASE NO ONE IS HOME

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the delivery in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbour, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS AND ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS

Changes will be accepted until 6am on the day of delivery after which a new order will need to be placed. It is preferable you call us if you wish to make corrections as emails can get lost/delayed in transit.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hope you were delighted with your products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers, cannot be returned after 24 hours of receipt. We also do not accept products that have been damaged or broken after exchange of goods in good condition upon leaving the store. Gift cards are non-returnable items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted that is if they are applicable such as:-

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any gift item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise stated in store and with an appropriate receipt.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to – 185 Howth Road, Clontarf, Dublin D03 C4H3, Ireland

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to - 185 Howth Road, Clontarf, Dublin D03 C4H3, Ireland.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a shipping service where you can track your shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WEDDING FLOWERS CONTRACT

As your Wedding Florist, we promise to do everything in our power to deliver flowers that you can be proud of. We will work with you on every level to ensure you are completely satisfied and happy with your flower arrangements. Thank you for placing your trust in us, and we look forward to working alongside you to make your day special. Please read and agree to the terms below to allow us to do so:

Deposit

A €100 non-refundable deposit is paid to secure the date. Outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to the delivery date.

Changes

Changes to the design or theme can be made up to 4 weeks prior to the delivery date. We can no longer accept any modifications outside this lockout date.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, payment will be refunded for bookings cancelled prior to the 4 week lockout date. Deposits, however, are non-refundable. Greendoor Florist reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Substitutions

Due to the nature of nature, we cannot foresee if certain flowers will be available as predicted. We will do our best to make your flowers the most beautiful creations possible. By providing us with pictures of the types of flowers, colours and designs you like, you can help us do so.

Collection

If you opt to collect and set up the flowers yourself, we will not be held liable and responsible for the condition of your flowers once they leave our premises.

Photos

We will take photos of your flowers and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

Payment of the deposit would mean that you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this contact. Thank you very much and we are very excited to be making you wedding flowers!

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and any disputes will be decided only by the Irish courts

RECIPIENT OR CUSTOMER’S CONTACT INFORMATION

In some cases, the florist or driver may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery, or for the additional information on the address. To ensure that delivery is processed without any problem, please add all the contact information correctly.

CARD MESSAGE

The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.

SUBSTITUTIONS

We may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver Products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Products delivered if caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown or systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy and Website terms and conditions of use.
